Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you’ll be greeted by your friendly chauffeur waiting for you in the arrivals hall.

After assisting you with your luggage, your private transfer will take you to your hotel or riad located in the heart of the city. Be sure to enjoy the views of this enchanting city on the way.

Once you’ve checked in, the rest of the evening is yours to relax and explore at your own pace.

Explore the Red City with a Local Guide

After breakfast at your hotel or riad, begin a guided city tour of Marrakech, known as “the Red City” of Morocco.

You will visit key historical and cultural landmarks, including the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near the square before strolling through the bustling souks filled with traditional handicrafts.

In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore on your own. You may also choose to visit the beautiful Majorelle Gardens.

Discover the maze of Marrakech’s souks such as Souk El Attarin, Souk Chouari, and Souk Smata, where you’ll find a variety of goods including spices, woodcrafts, and traditional babouches (Moroccan slippers).

Don’t miss the chance to admire the intricate Islamic architecture of the Ben Youssef Madrasa, a 16th-century Quranic school with detailed zellij tilework and carved cedar wood interiors.

Step into History and Scenic Beauty

After breakfast, depart from Marrakech through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes along the way.

Stop for breakfast in a traditional Berber village, then continue your journey to the famous Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A local guide will walk you through the site’s fascinating history.

After free time for lunch, continue your route via Ouarzazate — the Hollywood of Africa — where you can visit the film studios and cinema museum.

Pass through the Skoura Palm Grove and Rose Valley before reaching the Dades Gorges, where you’ll spend the night in a charming Moroccan hotel nestled in the heart of the valley.

From Rocky Canyons to Sand Dunes

After a traditional Moroccan breakfast at your hotel, head along the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs through Berber villages in the Dades Valley.

Arrive in Tineghir, known for its lush palm groves and old Jewish quarter, before continuing to the spectacular Todra Gorges. You’ll have time to walk among the 300-meter-high cliffs — a favorite spot for climbers.

Then, travel to the Sahara Desert. After lunch en route, arrive at Erg Chebbi near Merzouga. Here, you’ll embark on a camel ride at sunset across the golden dunes to reach your desert camp.

Spend the night in traditional nomadic tents or under the stars. Enjoy dinner, Berber music, and an unforgettable night in the heart of the Sahara.

Sunrise in the Dunes & Journey Back

Rise early to witness a breathtaking Sahara sunrise over the dunes of Erg Chebbi — truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

After sunrise, return to the camp for breakfast, then take a camel trek back to Merzouga village.

Meet your driver and begin the return journey to Marrakech, passing through Rissani, Tinghir, the Dades Valley, and Ouarzazate.

Enjoy free time for lunch en route. Cross the Tizi n’Tichka Pass once again and continue through scenic Berber villages before arriving in Marrakech in the evening.
