Terms & Conditions – Tiziri Travel

By using our website or booking a tour with Tiziri Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms govern the relationship between Tiziri Travel 

Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only when a deposit or full payment is received and a confirmation email is issued by Tiziri Travel.
  • By confirming the booking, you agree to the itinerary, price, and payment terms discussed.

2.  Payment Policy

  • A deposit (usually 20–40%) is required to secure your reservation.
  • The balance is payable prior to the start of the tour, either via bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash on arrival (depending on the agreement).
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified.

3.  Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client-initiated cancellations:

  • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus transfer fees
  • 15–29 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before: No refund

Tiziri Travel Cancellations:

  • In the rare case that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • We strive to follow the agreed itinerary. However, changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, safety, or local events.
  • We reserve the right to adjust routes, accommodation, or timing when necessary, always in the best interest of your experience and safety.

5. Travel Insurance

  • All clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, health emergencies, baggage loss, and adventure activities.
  • Tiziri Travel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the tour.

6. Airport Transfers

  • Airport pickup and drop-off are available upon request and may be included in your tour package.
  • Please provide accurate arrival/departure information in advance.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Follow local customs and laws
  • Act respectfully toward guides, drivers, and communities
  • Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility issues
  • Provide valid identification (passport) and necessary travel documents

8. Travel Risks & Liability

Travel involves some level of risk. By joining our tours, you acknowledge that:

  • You assume responsibility for personal safety and belongings
  • Tiziri Travel is not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, border closures)

9. Use of Photos

During your tour, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify us in writing before or during the trip.

10. Communication & Privacy

Your contact details will be used to process your booking and share important updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Moroccan legal procedures.
